Returns

Conditions for a Return or Exchange

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

• Send an email to info@littlesoul.ch with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  
• We’ll review your request and provide you with a return label if approved.
• Carefully package the item and ship it to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll send the replacement once the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect
